Finding Your Identity After Infertility

An Introduction with Word and Image

Infertility and unintended childlessness can leave you feeling disjointed and powerless. Bombarded by the expectations of society, family, friends, and your own dreams, it’s easy to end up feeling lost when you don’t – or can’t – take on the role of mother.

In this Healing Through Creativity Workshop you’ll learn to reconnect with your true self, and identify what you really want from the next chapter of your life. Using creative tools, you’ll tap your inner self to discover who you are and who you want to be.

What You’ll Experience

Finding Your Identity After Infertility is designed for women who are childless-not-by-choice, whether through circumstance, infertility, or loss. During this intimate, inspirational workshop, you’ll engage in a variety of interactive exercises designed to shift your thinking and help you reconnect with your inner self. You can expect to:

• Acknowledge your loss
• Identify the attitudes, beliefs and behaviors that prevent you from healing
• Connect with your own passion and purpose
• Take back your power and identity
• Gain support from a community of like-minded women
• Find the courage to take the next step
